Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 3, 2012, Pall Corporation (the "Registrant") announced that Francis
Moschella will no longer serve as Vice President and Corporate Controller
effective immediately. Mr. Moschella will remain an employee of the Registrant
and will serve as Group Financial Officer of the Industrial business segment.
The Registrant does not intend to appoint a replacement to the position.
