Compass Group Diversified Holdings LLC and Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE:
CODI) (collectively, "CODI") reported that CODI will make a cash distribution of $0.36 per share for the third quarter of 2012. The distribution is payable on October 31, 2012 to shareholders of record on the close of business on October 24, 2012. A copy of the press release announcing such distribution is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
