On October 8, 2012 CD International Enterprises, Inc. issued a press release announcing the sale of its 51% interest in Shanghai Lang Chemical Co., Ltd., a PRC company, for $1.2 million as part of management's strategic plan to focus its operations in China on magnesium production and distribution.
