Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective October 9, 2012, Joseph M. Limber has resigned from his positions as a
member of the Board of Directors and a member of the Audit Committee,
Compensation Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board of
Directors of CombiMatrix Corporation. Mr. Limber's resignation is due to
personal reasons and not a result of disagreement with management.
