On October 4, 2012, American Midstream Partners, LP (the "Partnership") issued a press release announcing that repairs were nearly complete on the Partnership's Gulf Coast assets that were damaged by Hurricane Isaac and the estimated impact of the repairs on the Partnership. The description of the press release in this Current Report is not complete and is qualified by in its entirety by the full text of the press release, which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and s incorporated by reference herein.
