(b) On September 28, 2012, Corgenix Medical Corporation (the "Company")
delivered a written notification to Dr. Luis R. Lopez, M.D. of its intent not to
renew Dr. Lopez's employment agreement dated May 1, 2010 as Chief Medical
Officer of the Company (the "Employment Agreement"). Pursuant to its terms, the
initial term of Dr. Lopez's Employment Agreement is set to expire on April 30,
2013, but automatically renews for one-year periods unless the Company gives
written notice of non-renewal at least 120 days in advance of the next renewal
date. Consequently, Dr. Lopez's Employment Contract and position as Chief
Medical Officer of the Company will terminate on April 30, 2013.
