ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
On September 27, 2012, Internet Patents Corporation("IPC") filed two patent
infringement lawsuits in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of
California against: 1) The General Automobile Insurance Services, Inc, d/b/a The
General, Permanent General Assurance Corporation and Permanent General Assurance
Corporation of Ohio; and 2) The Active Network. The lawsuits allege infringement
of U.S. Patent No. 7,707,505 entitled "Dynamic Tabs for a Graphical User
Interface."
