On September 26, 2012, Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc., a subsidiary of Endo Health Solutions Inc., announced the receipt of Paragraph IV Certification Notices from both Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. and Amneal Pharmaceuticals, LCC, each advising of their respective filings of an Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for a generic version of our formulation of OpanaŽ ER (oxymorphone hydrochloride) extended-release tablets designed to be crush-resistant. A copy of the press release announcing the receipt of these Paragraph IV Certification Notices is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. Item 9.01. Financial Statements and Exhibits.
