On September 21, 2012, Eric Dosch, a director of Energy Services of America Corporation indicated that he was resigning from the Board of Directors. Mr. Dosch did not indicate that he had any disagreement with the Board of Directors. Mr. Dosch did not serve on any committees of the Board of Directors.
