Resignation of Senior Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer
On September 20, 2012, Lisa M. Cummins, Senior Vice President of Finance, Chief
Financial Officer and Secretary of the Adept Technology, Inc. (the "Company"),
notified the Board of Directors of the Company that she is resigning her
employment with the Company for personal reasons, such resignation to be
effective on October 4, 2012.
