On September 21, 2012, Buckeye Partners, L.P. ("Buckeye") issued a Press Release regarding a complaint filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission by several airlines in opposition to the rates one of Buckeye's operating subsidiaries charges to transport jet fuel to three New York-area airports. The Press Release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated by reference herein.
