On September 11, 2012, Rick Adams, a director of Energy Services of America Corporation indicated that he was resigning from the Board of Directors. Mr. Adams did not indicate that he had any disagreement with the Board of Directors. Mr. Adams served as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
