On September 10, 2012, Chatham Lodging Trust (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that its board of trustees had declared a dividend of $0.20 per common share of beneficial interest for the quarter ending September 30, 2012. A copy of such press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
The Company declared a dividend of $0.20 per common share of beneficial interest for the quarter ending September 30, 2012. The second quarter dividend will be paid on October 26, 2012 to common shareholders of record on September 28, 2012.
