On September 10, 2012, Wynn Macau, Limited ("WML"), an indirect subsidiary of Wynn Resorts, Limited (the "Registrant") with its ordinary shares listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, filed its interim report in respect of the six months ended June 30, 2012 (the "Interim Report") with The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
