On August 31, 2012, Orient Paper, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), announced that it would hold its 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting") on September 10, 2012 in Beijing, China. On September 4, 2012, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared another quarterly cash dividend of $0.0125 per share, payable October 1, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the close of business of September 14, 2012.
