On August 29, 2012, MeetMe, Inc. (the "Company") appointed Steven Besbeck to serve as a director on the Company's Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee. In connection with his appointment, Mr. Besbeck will be compensated as described in the Company's 2012 Proxy Statement filed on April 30, 2012.
