On August 27, 2012, Integrated Electrical Services, Inc. (the "Company") and William L. Fiedler, Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of the Company, mutually agreed that Mr. Fiedler's employment with the Company will terminate, effective August 31, 2012.
