Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 27, 2012, Regency Energy Partners LP (the "Partnership") issued a press release announcing that it intends to construct an expansion of its Dubach natural gas processing facility in North Louisiana. The expansion is expected to increase the processing capacity of the facility to 210 MMcf/d by adding an incremental 70 MMcf/d of cryogenic processing capacity and 20 MMcf/d of JT capacity.

A copy of the press release is set forth in Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information set forth in the attached Exhibit 99.1 is deemed to be "furnished" and shall not be deemed to be "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act").
