AdjustaCam LLC, a subsidiary of Acacia Research Corporation, entered into a settlement and patent license agreement with Hewlett-Packard Company. The settlement and patent license agreement resolves patent litigation, Civil Action No. 6:10-cv-00329, that was pending in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Texas.
