On August 21, 2012, the Board of Directors of Evans Bancorp, Inc., (the "Company") declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.22 per share on the Company's outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable on October 9, 2012 to shareholders of record as of September 11, 2012.
