On August 13, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing an increase in the quarterly dividend on the Company's common shares from $0.2375 per quarter to $0.2425 per quarter, and declared a quarterly cash dividend on common shares payable on September 17, 2012 for shareholders of record as of September 3, 2012. This is the forty third consecutive year that the Company has increased its dividend payout to holders of the Company's common shares.
