As previously disclosed by NTS, Inc. (the "Company'), on a Current Report on Form 8-K dated August 6, 2012, Midroog Limited, an Israeli rating company which is a subsidiary of Moody's Investor Services ("Midroog"), issued a monitoring report relating to the rating of the Company's Series A Bonds.
