The company entered into a Letter Agreement and Release of Claims with Sam Trujillo outlining the terms of his separation from the Company as well as a Consultant Agreement for continuing advisory services. These agreements are attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1 and 10.2, respectively, and incorporated herein by reference.
