On August 7, 2012, Carl White, Chief Executive Officer-Europe of ValueClick, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company" or "ValueClick"), informed the Company of his resignation, which will be effective after a brief transition period. All European operations will now be reporting to James R. Zarley, Chief Executive Officer of ValueClick.
