On August 14, 2012, the senior management of GSI Group Inc. (the "Company") will make a presentation (the "Conference Presentation") at the CJS Securities Summer Conference. A copy of the Conference Presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is also available on the Company's website, www.gsig.com, in the Investor Relations section.
