Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective August 7, 2012, Jeffrey M. Stutz, the company's Treasurer and Vice
President, Investor Relations, was appointed as the company's Chief Accounting
Officer and Treasurer. Prior to that appointment, the Chief Accounting Officer
position was held by Gregory J. Bylsma, the company's current Executive Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer.
