On August 7, 2012, the Board of Directors of CTS Corporation, an Indiana corporation, authorized a program for the repurchase of up to one million shares of its outstanding common stock. On August 9, 2012, CTS Corporation issued a press release announcing this repurchase program. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
