On August 8, 2012, Park City Group, Inc. (the "Company") announced that Global Supply Chain Systems, Inc., the food and drug safety track and trace business powered by the Company's technology platform, has begun the first two implementations of its ReposiTrak software solution at a global grocery retailer and a major grocery wholesaler. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
