(b) On August 2, 2012, Richard T. O'Brien notified Inergy GP, LLC (the "Company"), the general partner of Inergy, L.P. (the "Partnership") that he is resigning from the Board of Directors of the Company effective immediately. Mr. O'Brien indicated that his resignation is for personal reasons and is not the result of a disagreement on any matter relating to the Partnership's operations, policies or practices.
