WSI Industries, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release on August 1, 2012 announcing a major plant expansion. The plant expansion would increase their manufacturing space by 47,000 square feet or approximately double the size. The Company also provided guidance that its fiscal 2012 sales would exceed $31.0 million. The Company hereby furnishes the press release, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
