On July 25, 2012, Insignia Systems, Inc. ("the Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in this Current Report as if fully set forth herein. Exhibit 99.1 includes a change to the restructuring charge to reflect it as an after-tax amount.
