Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On July 26, 2012, Entravision Communications Corporation (the "Company")
appointed Jeffery A. Liberman the Company's Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Liberman previously served as President of the Company's Radio Division. The
Company previously entered into a three-year employment agreement with
Mr. Liberman, effective January 1, 2010, and the terms of such employment
agreement will continue for the remainder of its term.
