On July 25, 2012, Tesla Motors, Inc. released its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 by posting its Second Quarter 2012 Shareholder Letter on its website. The full text of the shareholder letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
