On July 25, 2012, Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. ("Corporation") issued a press release discussing its financial results for the second quarter and first six months of 2012. Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the Corporation's press release dated July 25, 2012.
