On July 25, 2012, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a cash dividend on the Company's common stock of $0.06 per share for the quarter ended June 30, 2012. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of August 17, 2012 and is expected to be paid on August 24, 2012.

A copy of the press release dated July 25, 2012, giving details associated with the dividend, is attached as Exhibit 99 to this report.
