Item 8.01. Other Events.

On July 23, 2012, Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that that it had completed a series of tests on its ExcelyteŽ disinfecting solution at an independent EPA approved laboratory. ExcelyteŽ was successful in eliminating three hospital acquired pathogens, C. difficile spores, K. pneumonia and Vacomycin Resistant Enterococcus (VRE) and in eliminating the high-risk blood borne pathogen HIV and the food borne pathogens Listeria and E. coli. The Company also announced that it will begin the process of amending its EPA master label claims to include the above pathogens.
