Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 17, 2012, MagneGas Corporation issued a press release, attached as exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this "Report"), announcing that it is now supplying General Motors (NYSE: GM) with MagneGas™ fuel for a trial in GM's maintenance and metal-working activities at its Grand Blanc Weld & Tool Center in Flint, Michigan.
