As more fully described in the attached press release as of July 18, 2012, the Board of Directors of ACNB Corporation declared the regular quarterly cash dividend for the Third Quarter of 2012 on July 17, 2012. The cash dividend of $0.19 per share is payable on September 14, 2012, to shareholders of record on August 30, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
