On July 17, 2012, Cheniere Energy, Inc., or the Company, issued a press release announcing the pricing of 28,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $14.05 per share. The underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,200,000 shares of the Company's common stock to cover any over-allotments.
