On July 6, 2012, our Compensation Committee approved discretionary bonuses (paid
on July 12, 2012) to the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial
Officer as follows:
Haig S. Bagerdjian, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer: $65,000.
Alan R. Steel: Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief
Financial Officer: $50,000.
