Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain
Officers.
On July 10, 2012, the Board of Directors of Internet Patents Corporation named
Steven J. Yasuda the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Yasuda joined the
Company in December 1999 and had served as the Company's Chief Accounting
Officer since April 2007.
Mr. Yasuda replaces Mr. Hussein Enan who had served as interim CFO since October
7, 2011. Mr. Enan will continue to serve as the Company's CEO and Chairman of
the Board of Directors.
