(b) On July 2, 2012, Martin P. Doolan informed Body Central
Corp. (the "Company") of his decision to retire on July 3, 2012 from the
Company's Board of Directors due to health concerns. Mr. Doolan was Chairman of
the Company's Board of Directors.
The Company's Board of Directors elected John K. Haley as Chairman of the Board
of Directors effective as of July 3, 2012.
