Navistar International Corporation (the "Company") announced today that it will present a live web cast on Friday July 6th to provide an update to various operational matters related to the Company. The live web cast is scheduled at approximately 9:00 AM ET. Speakers on the web cast will include Daniel C. Ustian, chairman, president and chief executive officer, A. J. Cederoth, EVP & CFO and other Company leaders.

The web cast can be accessed through a link on the investor relations page of Navistar's web site at http://ir.navistar.com/events.cfm. Investors are advised to log on to the web site at least 15 minutes prior to the web cast to allow sufficient time for downloading any necessary software.
