On July 2, 2012, City National Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that City National Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, completed its acquisition of Acebes, D'Alessandro and Associates, LLC, the parent company of Rochdale Investment Management, LLC, a New York City-based investment firm.
