Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On June 29, 2012, the Company's annual meeting of stockholders was adjourned
until Thursday, July 19, 2012, at 10:00 local time at the offices of the Company
at No. 9 Yanyu Middle Road, Qianzhou Village, Huishan District, Wuxi City,
Jiangsu Province, People's Republic of China 214181. The record date of May 21,
2012 remains unchanged, and there is no change in the matters to be brought
before the meeting. The adjournment resulted from the absence of a quorum at the
annual meeting.
