On June 22, 2012, Old Republic International Corporation announced that is had withdrawn its previously announced spin-off of its Republic Financial Indemnity Group, Inc. subsidiary stock to its shareholders and reversed the financial effect of the partial leveraged buy-out of that subsidiary.
