of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 19, 2012, Jeff Cook notified Quicksilver Resources Inc. of his intention
to resign as Quicksilver's Executive Vice President - Operations and
retire. Effective as of June 20, 2012, Quicksilver accepted Mr. Cook's
resignation as Executive Vice President - Operations and appointed him as
Advisor to the Chairman on Special Projects and New Ventures. Mr. Cook intends
to remain in this position through December 31, 2012.
