Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement, Creation of a Direct Fina
On June 22, 2012, InnSuites Hospitality Trust (the "Trust") amended its $500,000 bank line of credit with RepublicBankAZ, N.A. to extend the maturity date to June 23, 2013 (the "Amendment").
