H. John Oechsle, Executive Vice President, Strategy & Product of DigitalGlobe,
Inc. (the "Company"), has accepted a position as the chief executive officer of
Swiftpage, a Colorado-based software development company. Mr. Oechsle will
remain with the Company until June 29, 2012. The Company's CEO and president,
Jeffrey R. Tarr said, "We are grateful for the contribution John has made to
DigitalGlobe and wish him the best in his new role."
