Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.

On June 15, 2012, the Registrant terminated the Strategic Cooperation Agreement with An Puluo Food, Inc. ("An Puluo") executed on March 29th, 2011 and the Cooperation Supplementary Agreement with An Puluo executed on August 1st, 2011, its exclusive sales and supply agreements with An Puluo.
